de Havilland

A tranquil room first floor room celebrating C.W.A. Scott’s daring flight in a de Havilland DH88 Comet during the 1933 airshow held at Parc to raise funds for hospitals. (Scott later smashed the England–Australia record in the legendary London-to-Melbourne race.)
Furnished with a king size bed and relaxing chairs that are perfect for reading or enjoying a peaceful moment, de Havilland also has an en-suite shower room and offers a view of the paddocks.
Truro

This cosy double connects you to the Vivian family’s Cornish roots in Truro. John Vivian brought copper smelting to Swansea, built much of Parc le Breos, and ignited the city’s industrial rise, shaping its fortunes for generations.
Featuring a comfortable double bed and a picturesque view of our beautiful garden, Truro has an en-suite shower room and is perfect for couples or solo travellers.
Admiral’s Rest

Named in tribute to Admiral Algernon Walker-Heneage-Vivian, a distinguished Royal Navy officer and Victorian plant collector who nurtured Parc’s gardens and sponsored plant-collecting expeditions around the world.
A lovely first-floor room offering garden views and featuring king size and single beds, and ensuite-shower room, Admiral’s Rest can be used as a double, twin, or family room.
Poachers

A cosy double named with a mischievous nod to Parc’s sporting past. Its artwork comes from the Vivian family’s 1890s game books, rich with tales & illustrations, revealing the faces of shooting parties long past.
Poachers is a beautiful first-floor room complete with king size bed and en-suite bath with shower over. As it overlooks the rear carpark, this room is priced lower than our other classic rooms.

A charming ground-floor room named in honour of generations of gamekeepers, such as Ernie Ace of Green Cwm, whose skills preserved Parc’s sporting traditions and wildlife for future generations.
Keepers offers lovely paddock views, features a king-size bed and a single bed, adaptable as a double, twin, or family room. The modern en-suite with a shower ensures a comfortable stay.
Brockhills

Inspired by an old estate map, the name evokes a lost field and the Old English “brock,” meaning badger—a fitting reminder of the wildlife that still roams Parc’s woodlands today.
A lovely ground floor room featuring king size bed and views to the gardens at the front of the house. (This room is close to the kitchen and is sold at a lower rate as it is a busy part of the house.) An ensuite with modern shower ensures a comfortable stay.
Glandŵr

Named as a nod to the farms that once dotted Swansea’s countryside before industry of which the Vivian family (builders of Parc) took hold. The name of the area still whispers through the years in its anglicised version “Landore”.Glandŵr is our cheapest room – Every hotel has a “last-sell” room and this is ours – it is fairly small and has a double bed, a glazed stable door opening to the rear courtyard, and an ensuite with shower. Nearly all our guests say that they love it for the price.
