Exclusive use of Parc-Le-Breos includes the entire house and grounds, 16 bedrooms, a deluxe wedding suite and the Quabs log cabin (2 bedrooms) overlooking the lily ponds. In total, the property will sleep a maximum of around 50 guests and is perfect for large family holidays, luxury group get-togethers, and group accommodation.

Exclusive use of the House is an amazing way of bringing your family and friends together to enjoy any type of celebration you care to imagine. It could be anything from a party for a milestone birthday through to a Golden Wedding; regardless of the nature of the celebration it is sure to be a memorable one if you choose to host it here at the Parc-Le-Breos.

The large dining room will seat 50 guests, while a further 25 - 30 may be seated in the conservatory. The surrounding gardens and grounds afford plenty of space to relax or participate in activities and games. There is also a landscaped level area for large marquees. The whole site is fully licensed for organised events and a number of rooms are also licensed for civil ceremonies.

We generally let the house on a fully-serviced basis, which means that during your stay you can sit back and relax whilst letting us do all the hard work. We are on hand not only to keep the house in tip-top condition but also to help you with all aspects of your stay. Of course we also cater for your culinary requirements from beautiful breakfasts to start the day to sumptuous afternoon teas and evening dining. Our chef is always happy to sit down with you and create the perfect bespoke menu for you and your guests.

Many businesses both locally and from further afield love Parc-Le-Breos as a place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the office and to work with colleagues in a more relaxed environment where they can focus on a project or conduct training. We are also happy for you to use the house and grounds to run a corporate day, product launch, or small conference.

The large dining room can be set up in various seating styles to accommodate your needs, and there are other areas within the house which can be used as break-out rooms for smaller groups. We can work with you to provide whatever catering you may require.

Christmas and New Year – Self-Catering

This warm and inviting country house, with open fires and cosy bedrooms, is the perfect large house to rent over Christmas or New Year. Treat you friends and family to a truly Victorian Christmas - the house will be beautifully decorated for your arrival and the fires will be burning in the hearths so the whole place is ready for you to unpack and relax. There are spectacular walks from the doorstep down to Three Cliffs Bay and the coast beyond which are perfect for enjoying after over indulgent seasonal dinners.

Each year we offer the house on a self-catered basis over the Christmas and New Year period. The house has a well-equipped kitchen which we will show you around so you are familiar with the equipment, while the rest of the house and public areas are handed over to you in a ready to go condition as if you were hotel guests arriving at any other time of year.

Over the years we have hosted a wide variety of groups with different interests and requirements, from Buddhist retreats to art groups, photography classes, even folk music groups and flower arranging courses. The area is especially popular with walking groups - on this website you will find a large number of downloadable walking routes many of which begin right at the front doorstep. The Gower Way long distance path also runs a short distance behind the house in Park Wood.
