Whether you’re gathering with friends, celebrating a special occasion, or simply enjoying a night out, our restaurant provides the perfect setting to relax, connect, and savour exceptional food. Each evening, our menus are designed to showcase the very best of Gower, combining seasonal ingredients with creativity and care.
Our dining room is a welcoming space, perfect for enjoying meals with friends, family, or larger groups. Whether you linger over a relaxed starter, enjoy a full multi-course menu, or pair your food with selections from our carefully curated wine and drinks list, evenings here are designed to delight the senses. With options to suit vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free diets, every guest can feel at home and fully enjoy the experience.
While advanced booking is essential, we do reserve a couple of tables for last minute diners – so if you can’t find the time you want, call us and we’ll do our utmost to accommodate you.

Fresh and Local
At Parc-Le-Breos, local fare takes centre stage. Sourced directly from Gower’s lush landscape, our menu celebrates the region’s best – from tender salt marsh lamb and freshly foraged mushrooms to plump, locally harvested mussels.
With daily deliveries from our esteemed local suppliers, and the homegrown produce from our own Kitchen Garden, we present dishes with a deep connection to our surroundings.
Wine & Beverage
With many years in the wine trade, Nicci has a knack for picking bottles that feel just right — whether you’re after something familiar or keen to try something new. Her selections are made with care, designed to pair beautifully with our food and to be enjoyed in good company.
We’re also proud to showcase local producers on our drinks list, from Penderyn Distillery’s celebrated ‘Dragon’ single malts and Gower Gin’s award-winning spirits and vermouth, to the craft mixers and soft drinks from Welshcraft.
