Fresh & Local Produce from Gower and Beyond

Inspired by the rolling hills and rugged coastline of Gower, our menu captures the essence of the Welsh landscape in every bite. Think tender salt marsh lamb, wild mushrooms gathered from nearby woodlands, and plump mussels fresh from the shore — each ingredient chosen at its peak and prepared with care.

We work hand in hand with trusted local producers and draw daily inspiration from the seasonal yield of our kitchen garden. Together, they provide a vibrant palette of flavours that change with the rhythms of the land and sea, creating a dining experience that feels grounded, fresh, and unmistakably of Gower.

Our Food Philosophy

At Parc-Le-Breos, our approach to food is simple: create dishes that taste fantastic, celebrate the seasons, and respect the land around us. We believe that great cooking doesn’t need to be complicated — it’s about letting quality ingredients speak for themselves.

Each plate is thoughtfully composed to be fresh, vibrant, and full of flavour, using produce that’s locally sourced, foraged, or grown in our own kitchen garden whenever possible.

Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do, from minimising waste to making the most of every ingredient. The result is food that’s honest, imaginative, and deeply connected to Gower — clean in style, rich in flavour, and crafted with care.

The Kitchen Garden

Tucked within the grounds of Parc-Le-Breos, our kitchen garden plays an integral role in the way we cook and create. Nurtured with care and guided by organic principles, it provides a steady harvest of fresh, seasonal produce that inspires our chefs each day.

From fragrant herbs and tender leaves to sun-ripened tomatoes and sweet berries, the garden’s bounty reflects our close connection to the land — where every ingredient begins its journey from soil to plate with purpose and care.

Gower’s Finest Produce

Our commitment to the community and the environment is evident in the choices we make in sourcing our ingredients.. We forge strong relationships with local farmers, fishermen, and artisans, ensuring that we procure only the freshest and highest quality produce. These collaborations not only uplift the local economy but also enable us to craft dishes that truly resonate with the essence of Gower.

From the succulent lamb grazed on nearby salt marshes to the line caught bass hauled in from the surrounding waters, our menu is a genuine reflection of our locale. And, in those dishes where a hint of the exotic is called for, we ensure that our suppliers adhere to ethical and sustainable practices.

Wine

Our manager, Nicky, brings a wealth of experience from her career in the wine industry. Her expert knowledge shines in our carefully curated wine list, with wines chosen specifically to enhance our menus.

We’re proud to work closely with a local, family-owned wine merchant and we feature ales from the wonderful Gower Brewery.

Also in our selection are offerings from Penderyn Distillery, including their renowned ‘Dragon’ range of single malts. Our drinks list includes Gower Gin, another local triumph, who also produces a superb vermouth. For non-alcoholic options, Welshcraft supplies us with quality mixers and soft drinks.
