The house is situated in 10 acres of scenic, safe grounds with comprehensive CCTV. Our comfortable bedrooms (18 in total, housing up to 50 students and staff), spacious public rooms, and the extensive grounds provide a great base for educational groups with plenty of peace and quiet, and room to study.
This former Victorian hunting lodge is situated in a secluded setting in the heart of the stunning Gower Peninsula, only 20 minutes’ walk from Three Cliffs Bay and the South Gower coast. The unique geography and geology of the peninsula, along with its abundant flora and fauna, make Parc-Le-Breos ever popular as a base for field studies and school groups. For geography groups, Swansea is only a 15 minute drive to the east with its interesting history of heavy industry and subsequent regeneration.
We have a well-equipped study room and can arrange guest speakers on a wide variety of specialist subjects. We work with a number of trusted local providers that can offer everything from exhilarating adventure sports around the Gower coast to Bushcraft experiences in the nearby woods. We also operate a 100-acre farm and are happy to talk to students about how our farming business has diversified, and the challenges that the industry faces today.
