When it comes to eating out in Gower and Swansea you will find yourself spoiled for choice. There is something for all tastes, from high end restaurants such as Fairyhill to great local pubs like the King Arthur and the Greyhound. There is also a wealth of great tea rooms and coffee shops for those leisurely lunch stops. And best of all, don’t forget the seaside fish and chip shops like the Captains Table in Port Eynon!
A quick 20 minute car ride from our B&B will take you to Mumbles or Swansea where you will find a myriad of restaurants, cafes and truly vibrant night life.

The Plough and Harrow, Bishopston – 01792 234459. A local Gastro pub which has earned itself a fantastic reputation and achieved many awards to match – you won’t be disappointed.

Three Cliffs Camp site Cafe, Penmaen– 01792 371218. A lovely cafe on this famous campsite which overlooks Three Cliffs Bay. A great place to enjoy a coffee and a bite to eat and also parking for Three Cliffs Bay.
The Mill Tea Rooms, Parkmill – 01792 371206. A great rest spot if you are visiting the Gower Heritage Centre (it’s located within the Centre.) A great menu including snacks & homemade cakes.
The Lookout (Rhossili) – 01792 39169. Amazing cool coffee shop run by some friendly local lads with a great selection of cakes and seasonal menu.
Three Cliffs Coffee Shop, Southgate – 01792 233230. A homely coffee shop well known for their huge slabs of cake, very welcoming.
Cwm Ivy Cafe & Crafts – 07873 746207. One of my favorite places to catch a bite to eat and a great coffee. This Quirky family run place has it all, great food, great views, and the coffee stop for one of my favorite walks in Gower, down onto Whiteford Point.
The View, Rhossili – 01792 369334. A lovely relaxed place with probably one of the best views in Gower. There’s a great seating area outside for nice days and plenty for children. The menu is vast and the salads are fantastic. Next to the Bistro, Sam and Tim run a surf-hire and surf school, where visitors can learn to surf or hire surfboards & wetsuits and buy accessories. Sam’s Surf Shack also stocks gifts and beautiful hand-made jewellery.
